Rufus

This sweet pup is part of a large rescue intake after a local animal lover sought help managing over 30 dogs. While completely new to the great outdoors, these well-loved pups have one major thing going for them: they absolutely L-O-V-E people and are eager to bond with everyone they meet!

Rufus, a silly little guy, is one of the adorable puppies from the pack. He is outgoing and outwardly loving with staff. Rufus has had limited experience with a leash and is working hard to develop his leash skills! While starting with limited leash exposure might seem challenging, rescue dogs are remarkably resilient! With a little patience and love, Rufus will adapt quickly to leash walks and routine, making the bond you build together even more rewarding.

Our team of staff members and fosters are busy helping them all learn the ropes of outdoor adventures, but what this pup needs most is a home to call their own. Fully vetted and overflowing with affection, Rufus is ready to step into a bright future with you. Open your heart and home by submitting an adoption application today!
