Meet Rufus<br/><br/>Rufus was rescued from certain death when he was dumped as a very small puppy outside without food or water. <br/><br/>Rufus is here with us in Puerto Rico now. He has been fully vetted and is ready for his forever home. He is 8 months old and weighs about 20 lbs presently. <br/><br/>Rufus is a shy boy and will need a family with a fenced in yard, His family should expect him to take time to decompress and feel safe with them. Are you able to work with sweet Rufus to make him the best boy he can be. I can promise there is nothing like saving a dogs life that others will walk past due to his shyness. <br/><br/>Rufus would do well with another dog in the family to make him feel comfortable and show him the ropes. He currently stays with a pack of 8 other dogs. <br/><br/>Once adopted, Rufus will fly to Newark, NJ and his adopter will come to pick him up. You must travel to Newark if you wish to adopt Rufus.
