Rufus

This handsome lad is Rufus. He’s a Catahoula Leopard Dog mix, with an approximate DOB of July 2024. We’re just getting to know our new friend, and we already appreciate his wonderful combination of traits: smart and silly; playful and gentle; quiet, yet curious and ready to be part of the action. Sadly, he was dumped in the country and lived outdoors for more than a month. He’s adjusting well to life indoors and enjoys meeting our volunteers. He appears eager to learn. Generally, Catahoulas are smart, family-oriented companions.
