What is Grand Rivers Humane’s adoption process?

All potential adopters must complete an adoption application and contract. Adoption fee for dogs is $160 (includes spay/neuter and age appropriate immunizations). Adoption fee for puppies is $200. Fee for cats ($100)/kittens ($140) (includes spay/neuter and age appropriate immunizations). Cash only. All meet and greets must be done locally. We do not transport dogs or cats.

Is Rueben good with kids?

Rueben is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Rueben good with other animals?

Rueben is good with other dogs. Rueben is not good with cats.

When can I meet Rueben?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
