She came to us as a stray, very underweight and never reclaimed—but she’s bounced back beautifully and is more than ready for the loving forever home she deserves.<br/><br/>Rue passed her dog assessment and seems to prefer calmer, low-key canine friends. Have a dog at home? Bring them by to meet her—meet and greets with resident dogs are required.<br/><br/>She walks very nicely on leash and loves to take in the world around her—curious, observant, and happy just to be by your side. Rue does get excited when it’s time to leave her kennel and spend time with her people (who can blame her?), but she’s learning that all four paws on the floor is the way to go.<br/><br/>We think Rue is going to be a total velcro girl in her new home—a devoted companion who’s happiest curled up close to her humans.<br/><br/>Think Rue might be your perfect match?
