Lovable Rudy lost his comfortable home and doggie sibling when his owner could no longer care for him. Despite the sudden change, Rudy remains a cheerful boy who believes his brighter days are ahead. <br/><br/>Rudy is well-mannered, knows how to sit, walks well on a leash when he’s away from new dogs, and carries himself with dignity. He happily follows his humans from room to room, then relaxes for a nap on a cozy couch or his big dog bed. He does not want to be left alone for long and adores people as well as the soothing companionship of a calm doggie sibling. If he has a dog friend, he feels less anxious, and can be without humans for up to 6 hours. If he does not live with another dog, he will appreciate the sanctuary of a cozy crate as his safe space. He prefers to sleep in a crate at night. He is worried by loud noises or sudden movements and just wants to feel safe and loved. He is friendly, likes meeting new people, and only barks at noises coming from the outside of his home.
