Rudder - urgent

Rutter was one of a litter of puppies that came into our shelter a couple of years ago. He was adopted by a lovely gentleman, and as you can see, he has grown into a gorgeous dog that looks to be almost purebred labrador. Rutter and his buddy tater are under court order to be adopted to a geographic location that does not border on the Commonwealth of Virginia. Rutter and tater got into a neighbor’s goat pen. They did not attack the goats, but they did chase them and a couple of the goats literally died of fright. The boys’ owner has obviously cared for them well but has had trouble keeping them contained, and they have had several other excursions onto other people‘s property. After this latest incident, they will be euthanized if a home cannot be found for them away from our area. This is a courtesy listing as we try to help their owner. Find a placement for them. Please share widely. We can transport them wherever they need to go and they are lovely dogs that deserve a good home where they can be kept out of trouble.
