Ruby's Story

Ruby is officially ready to find her forever family! This absolute sweetheart is currently in Los Angeles, just waiting for the perfect couch to snuggle on.

Ruby has quite the "rags to riches" story. Her brave mama was found as a stray and spent a week in a shelter before giving birth. Luckily, Ruby joined our rescue when she was just one day old. She has spent every single moment since being raised with endless love, high-quality care, and plenty of socialization. Because she has been in rescue since day one, she is incredibly well-adjusted, resilient, and ready to take on the world.

While we can't be 100 percent sure of her full heritage, we do know that her mom is a purebred Great Dane, and her dad is a handsome mystery—possibly Husky or Border Collie! This unique mix means Ruby is a "gentle giant in training." She is already showing signs of being highly intelligent and loyal, and she will likely grow up to be a large, majestic companion.

If you are looking for a dog who balances a clever mind with a deep love for snuggling, Ruby is your girl!

What Ruby Needs in a Home:

A Couch for Snuggling: Ruby absolutely loves to cuddle, so a family that values quality affection is a must!

Commitment to Training: Puppyhood is a blast, but it requires patience. Ruby is ready to continue her training and will need a dedicated family to help her with house-training, leash manners, and basic cues.

Thank you for wanting to adopt from Hank's Legacy Foundation.
