Ruby's Story

Hi, I’m Ruby! I’m a 3.5-year-old Jack Russell mix weighing about 25 pounds, and I’m just a sweet girl looking for my forever home. I was recently returned after three years through no fault of my own, and while that was a little confusing at first, I’ve handled it all with so much grace.

When I first came back, I was a bit unsure and out of my element. But after a few days, I started to settle in — and once I did, my loving personality came right back out. I absolutely adore attention and truly enjoy meeting new people. I bond quickly and love being part of whatever you’re doing.

I do wonderful with other dogs, both big and small, and I’ve been great with the kids I’ve met. I’m an easygoing, well-rounded girl who just wants to love and be loved. I even know how to ring bells on the door to let you know I need to go outside! I rarely have accidents in my kennel and have great house manners.

I am fully vetted — spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives — and ready to head home.

I’m truly just the perfect little companion waiting for my second chance at forever. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate best friend, I’d love to be your Ruby. My adoption fee is $450.

Please apply to adopt me here:

https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/63adcb00cb896f59b74103d2/63f14fbe24bedd70bc7cf378

———

If interested, please do not submit an inquiry through Petfinder.
