Happy Homes Pet Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Anyone interested in adopting one of our pets must fill out an adoption application. We then vet the application and interview the applicant before setting up a meet and greet with the animal. We also do a home inspection prior to adoption and also discuss any needs or accommodations the pet will require and make sure the potential adopter is able to provider for those things. The applicant must be able and willing to meet these conditions in order to be considered to adopt the pet. Once the applicant is approved, an adoption contract is completed and date for them to receive the pet is scheduled.
