Meet Roxy! She is an adorable chi mix pup that is around 4 months old and 7 lbs. We think she will stay under 20lbs when she is fully grown. She is good with other dogs, is young enough to be socialized with cats, and is good with kids. She is small and would do best with respectful kids ages 8+ who won't accidentally hurt her. She was originally a Christmas present and her owners decided they no longer want a dog anymore. She is cuddly, calm, and likes to sit in your lap. She is also playful. She is almost house trained and sleeps through the night with no issues. She would be great for a first time dog owner. <br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting there is an application below! This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter. You will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100.00 will be returned to the adopter once the animal has been sterilized. We will need proof of sterilization from the vet in order to receive the $100.<br/><br/>98% of our adoptables come from out of state. There are higher fees associated as we have to pay to have the animals transported. We are a non-profit rescue. Any access revenue made is used to care for animals with additional medical expenditures that would otherwise result in adoptable dogs having to be left behind and euthanized.
