Meet Roxy
Roxy came in with her doggie friends Teddy and Dottie. Their owner had passed away and the dogs were left alone in the house for approximately one year before being surrendered.
Roxy is about 10 years old. She weighs about 16 lbs. She is very affectionate and loving. Very obedient. She is house trained and will religiously use pee pads if she has to wait. She is great on leash. She has been good with other dogs after initial controlled meetings as she can be a bit talkative.
We have not tested her with young children, but she's so friendly, were sure she would be ok. However she would prefer a quiet adult only home. She tends to chase cats but is called off easily.
Roxy came in with an oral mass on her bottom lip that looked like her tongue sticking out. And her teeth were in horrible condition.
She has had the tumor removed and sent off for testing and it came back as benign. And all her teeth have been cleaned. She did lose a few teeth, and she feels so much better now.
Roxy is looking for her final and forever home. Her adoption fee is $395. She is spayed. Vaccinated. Dewormed. Microchipped and flea treated. Plus she's had blood work, dental cleaning, and her mass removal.
An application and home visit is required.
