Roxy was found alone & lying in a bed of drugs in a South Carolina motel during a police raid.
Her owner was arrested & Roxy was confiscated & brought to a local shelter
Roxy then had to rely on an out-of-state rescue to pull her into their care since she was seized by state authorities.
She has been at the York County Animal Services since February & has stolen the hearts of the entire staff.
When we got the plea to help this girl, who was on the urgent, time-stamped list at the shelter, we didn't hesitate to save this beauty.
