Roxie's Story
Meet Roxie…
This beautiful girl is really starting to come out of her shell, and her sweet personality is shining brighter every day.

Roxie previously lived in a home with six children, ages 7 to 17. She especially loved the older kids, and enjoyed playing with them, going for walks, and of course, snuggling up close. Sadly, through no fault of her own, Roxie lost her home when her family’s landlord would not allow a German Shepherd on the property.

Roxie did live with a small French dog and they got along well, but as she’s matured, we would want to carefully evaluate how she would do with a smaller dog now. We think after all she’s been through she would benefit as being the only dog in the home.

Roxie would do best with an active family familiar with the breed… one that’s excited to continue taking her on lots of adventures, exposing her to new experiences, and building on her training. She walks nicely on leash and is a very well-behaved girl who just needs a family to help her keep growing and gaining confidence.

Roxie is a loving, gentle soul who is ready for a fresh start with a family who will give her the stability and love she deserves.
