She's an 8‐year‐old Terrier mix who weighs about 12 lbs--a gentle, sweet little girl with a calm and loving temperament.<br/><br/>Roxi came to us as an owner surrender due to a new baby in the home. Since arriving, she has been fully examined by our veterinary team. She does have a grade 3 heart murmur, so she would do best in a quieter, calmer home where she can relax and feel secure. Our vets do not believe she requires medication at this time and have stated she is otherwise in good health.<br/><br/>She has done well around other dogs her size and enjoys companionship that matches her gentle nature. Roxi would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a small, affectionate, and easygoing pup.<br/><br/>Please note: Since we don't observe our animals in home settings, we cannot guarantee potty training. Each pet may need time, patience, and guidance to adjust to a new routine.<br/><br/>Every animal adopted from us receives:<br/><br/>Spay/neuter surgery<br/><br/>Microchip<br/><br/>Updated vaccinations<br/><br/>Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)<br/><br/>Flea/tick and heartworm prevention<br/><br/>A free wellness exam within 7-10 days of adoption<br/><br/>To adopt, you must:<br/><br/>Be at least 21 years old<br/><br/>Live within 1 hour of our facility<br/><br/>Do you have any questions, or would you like to set an appointment to meet Roxi and see if she's the perfect fit for your home?
