Roxanne Collie & Hound Mix Minneapolis, MN

Roxanne is a 3-year-old, 35-pound gal looking for her forever cuddle buddy. She wears her smile from dawn ‘til dusk, making her the perfect greeting committee around the neighborhood or in the home. Roxy loves everyone she meets and is always ready to shower her humans with affection.

Prior to coming to Pet Haven, Roxanne had a tough start to life in Kentucky. She arrived in Minnesota covered in ticks and in need of an emergency spay surgery to save her life. In spite of everything she has gone through, this girl has the brightest outlook on life!

Roxanne loves walks and rolling around in the grass. This girl is fast and loves to run - she would be a great running companion. Roxy has been enjoying two walks a day or a trip to the dog park regularly and would do best continuing this routine in her forever home. Roxy also enjoys gnawing through rawhide bones or working through her Kong before hunkering down for a nap or cuddle session.

Roxanne currently lives in a townhome with minimal yard. She never barks, so she would be great in any living situation from apartment through single-family home. She is also living with a resident cat, and although she is curious about the cat, they get along fine. Roxy is very gentle with children and just wants to shower them with love. She also really enjoys her time with other dogs often initiating a game of tag.

Her adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, & Bordetella), HW and flea/tick preventative, and microchip implant and registration.

Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 75-mile radius of the Minneapolis, MN city center.
