Roxann ( Roxy)

Meet Roxy
Breed: Dachshund/Lab Mix | Age: 6.5 years | Size: ~36 lbs
Traits: Affectionate, adventurous, house-trained, non-destructive, snuggly, smart

Roxy is a wonderful girl who loves having her nose to the ground and exploring the world around her. She's always up for a long walk or adventure, but she's just as happy snuggling under the blankets with her favorite people.

Roxy is fully house-trained, non-destructive, and an absolute perfect house guest. She has said to be a little vocal at times (something we have not experienced during her stay in foster care), but overall she's an easygoing, loving companion.

Roxy would do best with older children (8+), as younger kids can be overwhelming for her. She isn't a fan of cats, but she has previously lived successfully with a smaller dog and may do well with another dog with proper introductions.

Her ideal home is an active family or one with older teens who will include her in daily walks, adventures, and plenty of cuddle time.
