Rowy is a 1-year-old, 30 lb Sato—a term used for the resilient and lovable street dogs of Puerto Rico. Satos come in all shapes and sizes, and Rowy is the perfect example of just how special they are.<br/><br/>This black and tan pup has the cutest markings, warm amber-brown eyes, and an adorable brown spot on his nose. But it’s his personality that really shines—Rowy is incredibly sweet, cuddly, and playful. Whether he’s chasing toys or snuggling up beside you, he’s happiest when he’s close to his people. However, initially it can take him a short time to warm up.<br/><br/>Rowy is crate, leash and potty trained and continues to learn every day. He was being fostered by a dog trainer so he has learned so much more than most pups and he is now being fostered in Perry Hall, MD and ready for his forever home. He’s the perfect mix of fun and affection and is ready to find a forever home where he can keep blossoming.
