Rowoon was rescued from a city shelter on the day he was scheduled for euthanasia. He absolutely loves people and quickly bonds with those around him. Despite having little experience with walks, he adapted quickly and now walks like a pro! While Rowoon can be a bit overwhelmed in a group of dogs, he thrives in one-on-one interactions, forming deep bonds with his doggy friends. He’s looking for a loving forever home where he can continue to grow and share his affectionate nature. We are looking for a patient and loving home willing to work with Rowoon and show him what it means to be in a family.
