Rowan's Story

Meet Rowan! Rowan is a handsome Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix with a wonderful combination of intelligence, energy, and affection. This smart boy knows several basic commands, including sit, heel, down, stay, and leave it, along with a few others. He listens well and is eager to please. Rowan is also incredibly lovable and enjoys getting plenty of pets and attention. One of his sweetest tricks? He even knows how to give hugs! Rowan is crate trained and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for an affectionate, intelligent, and well-mannered dog who still has plenty of energy to share. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs if you already have a dog. Thank you for considering the adoption of a shelter animal in need!
