Rowan is a 11 week old German Shepherd Dog mix puppy. He is a playful, affectionate puppy who is ready to begin his next adventure with a forever family. <br/><br/>He enjoys all the typical puppy activities like exploring, playing with toys, taking cozy naps, and discovering the world one paw at a time.<br/><br/>Rowan is looking for a family that understands puppies need patience, guidance, and positive training as they grow. In return, he will reward you with unconditional love and years of loyal companionship.<br/><br/>At 11 weeks old, your puppy is at one of the most important stages for learning and development. In just 2 to 3 weeks, after completing their third round of puppy vaccinations, they will be ready to safely explore public places such as parks, pet friendly stores, training classes, and neighborhood walks. This is the perfect age to begin socialization, helping them build confidence and learn how to interact with new people, dogs, sights, sounds, and environments. <br/><br/>Rowan was rescued alongside his four siblings and their devoted mom after the entire family landed on the euthanasia list at a Houston shelter due to lack of space. Thankfully, they were given the second chance they deserved.<br/><br/>He is fully vetted for his age. His neuter surgery is pending and will be completed once he is at least 12 weeks old, following our rescues veterinary protocol. He will continue receiving all age appropriate veterinary care through our rescue.<br/><br/>Rowan will be fully vetted before traveling out of state.
