Rover's Story

Meet Rover: this big guy loves to be around you no matter what you're doing. He may be well past his puppy stage, but this 5-yr-old boy knows how to sit, shake and spin! Who says older dogs can't learn new tricks? Rover loves to play and to be outside with his foster siblings. Loud noises like thunder or fireworks are still a bit scary, but with the help of his foster mom Rover is getting used to being an inside couch potato, learning a few manners, and getting better everyday! He goes potty outside and will let you know when he has to go. Like most dogs, he absolutely love treats - pig ears are his favorite! - and soft blankets! He is coming around to learning his name in all its variations (RoRo) and enjoys spending time playing with his human and canine siblings. Rover is just a sweet and lovable boy in search of his forever family. Could that be you? Call to meet Rover today!
