Rover's Story

How this pet arrived:This pet was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on September 14, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Rover, a sweet and gentle pup looking for a loving new home! Rover can be a bit shy with new faces and spaces and appreciates some extra time to build trust. Once he feels comfortable, he blossoms into an affectionate, goofy companion. Hint: Rover is pretty food motivated, so give him some treats and he'll be your new best friend! Because of his shy nature, he may thrive best in a lower-traffic household willing to take things slow. If you're ready to give Rover the love and care he deserves, speak to an adoption counselor to learn more today! At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for adoption! Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: Black Weight: 36lbs Age: 7yrs 7mths 2wks Animal has been Neutered
