This is Roux, a 4-year-old Dachshund mix with the most lovable oversized head and an even bigger heart. At 26 pounds, she’s the perfect medium-sized cuddle buddy who’s ready to find her person.<br/>Roux absolutely loves toys and will happily spend time playing (actually, she insists on it!) but her favorite activity is cuddling up close with someone she trusts. She’s a very sweet girl with a gentle spirit, though she can take a little time to warm up to new people and situations. She will also need a fenced in yard because she isn’t the greatest on the leash and honestly, she just loves running around and exploring. Roux does fine with other dogs and seems to ignore cats.
