Rosy is a sweet girl with a gentle spirit. She is a 2yr old, 55lb bully mix. She has the sweetest soul. When she first meets new people or enters a new environment, she can be very shy. Because of this, Rosy will do best with someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to move at her pace. There’s nothing wrong with slow and steady, right?! Once Rosy starts to feel safe and comfortable, her loving personality really comes out. She becomes very attached to her person and enjoys simply being near her human. She absolutely loves belly rubs and will happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. Rosy is also very food motivated, which makes bonding with her even easier, treats are definitely the way to her heart! Big Love Rescue's Adoption Policy

All adoptions through Big Love Rescue require a completed application, a vet check, a home check, and a finalized adoption contract. We do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis — instead, we match each dog with the home that best fits their unique needs. To apply, please complete our adoption application at www.bigloverescue.org or use the link below. Once your application is approved, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet. Please note: we are a foster-based rescue, not a shelter. All of our dogs live in individual foster homes, so we do not have a facility where you can stop by to meet them. *Out-of-State Adoptions* A transportation fee of $300 is required in addition to the adoption fee. This fee covers the cost of professional transport and the USDA-required health certificate for interstate travel. Please note: Dogs are adopted into their forever homes before transport. In-person meetings are not possible, but we’re happy to arrange FaceTime, Zoom, and phone calls with the foster family so you can get to know your future pet.
