Rossi is already showing off her good manners—she can sit, come when called, and go to her kennel, and she is almost completely potty trained. Her favorite place to be is curled up in her person’s lap, soaking up all the love and attention she can get. Rossi enjoys playing with other dogs and would love a canine companion, although she can be a little shy at first when meeting new people. Once she feels comfortable, her loving personality really shines! Rossi does have genetic kidney disease, which means she will need to remain on a special diet, as well as pulmonic stenosis, a heart condition that will require ongoing veterinary care and monitoring. Due to kidney disease she only can go about 4 hours between potty breaks, but is learning to use a fake grass setup in her cage. Despite these challenges, Rossi is a happy, loving puppy who has so much affection to give and is looking for a special family who will cherish her, advocate for her health, and give her all the cuddles she deserves.
