Rosie's Story

Meet Rosie!
This 6 year old sweetheart was originally brought to the shelter because her owner passed away. Due to the circumstances of her surrender we did not have a lot of information on Rosie, and adopted her out to a wonderful family! Now Rosie has returned, and we've learned something new about her; Rosie is wary of men, and does not want to live in a home with them. While this has become a small obstacle on the journey of finding her forever home, Rosie is still as sweet as ever!
As independent as Rosie can be, she still loves to give us drive-by kisses on her adventures in our play yard. Rosie also enjoys play time in a small play group of other dogs, and could possibly go home to a mellow friend! She loves to explore, and spends the majority of her walks investigating all the smells.
Rosie is ideally looking for a home with only adult women. We know how specific this home is, but we also know that Rosie deserves to feel safe and comfortable after such a hard life. If you think you're the right home for Rosie, and would like to learn more about this gentle and loving girl then please reach out! You are welcome to come into our open hours, or reach out to us by email or call!
