With no one to claim her, she ended up in an over-capacity shelter. Her future looked uncertain—until we found room in our program and gave her the second chance she deserved.<br/><br/>When Rosie arrived, imaging revealed she had a pelvic fracture, likely from being hit by a car while on her own.
