Rosie

Meet Rosie, a gorgeous Shepherd mix (with maybe a splash of Husky!) who is ready to find her forever family. Rosie will be celebrating her very first birthday on November 23, 2026, making her a wonderful young pup with a lifetime of love to give.

Rosie's story started when she was found wandering around a trailer park right here in Boonville, Missouri. Sadly, no one came forward to claim her, but we know she is meant for big things. We are on a mission to find her a home where she will be deeply loved and shown that she truly matters.

Personality & Habits

• Sweet & Smart: Rosie is an absolute sweetheart who loves people. She is incredibly intelligent and catches on quickly!

• House Trained & Kennel Approved: Good news! Rosie is already housebroken and absolutely loves her kennel. It’s her safe, cozy space.

• Toy Enthusiast: She has a soft spot for her stuffed animals and loves carrying them around.

• Active & Energetic: Rosie is very active and high-energy. She needs a family who will take her on outdoor adventures, walks, or runs to match her fun-loving spirit.

What Rosie is Looking For

Because she is still a young, energetic dog, Rosie needs a little bit of ongoing training to help her polish her manners and reach her full potential. She would thrive best with an active family that can give her plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and the secure, loving home she deserves.

How to Meet Rosie

If you are ready to give Rosie the loving home she has been waiting for, please reach out to the shelter:

• Visit in Person: Stop in and see her at 1560 E.
