Rosie was found wandering the streets with her brother. She was happy to jump in the car and hitch a ride to safety! Her friendly, loving, trusting nature earned her a spot in hearts and home. She has been a foster for a year and wants a family of her own to love! She doesn’t want to share her home with other animals so she can monopolize all the attention and treats for herself! She loves all people! Never met a stranger. <br/>This short girl is tall on love! She is spayed, UTD on shots, HW negative, on HW prevention, potty trained, loads up in the car well, and can be transported.
