Rosie's Story

Rosie was surrendered due to her owner no longer wanting her. Rosie has not had the best life and lived on a chain till coming to the shelter. She is a very sweet outgoing girl despite her past. She will need work on housetraining since she has never had any house experience. Since being in the shelters care she has been the most easy going sweet girl and we can't wait to see how she blossoms in a home.
