Rosey's Story
Oh my dog! Can she get any cuter?

The shelter put out a last minute plea to rescues asking if they had any room to add just one more small pup to their pull. Luckily we have an awesome foster network and they saved that little life, which happens to go by Rosey.

At 5 years old and 20lbs you may think this Dachshund/Beagle mix would be overlooked strolling alongside the road, but Rosey is not one to be missed. Her cute little trot exudes confidence and once she is comfortable with you it is something you will see a lot of. Rosey adapted quite quickly to her foster home and took an immediate liking to the smaller pups in the home. She likes to play with them, but tennis balls are by far her favorite playtime companion. This girl will zip around the yard with her little legs scurrying and Beagle tail wagging. She is starting to carry around stuffed animal and show interest in other toys, but fetch is by far her favorite theme to play. Despite being on the smaller side Rosey is not a lap dog. Although she is not high strung she certainly needs a decent amount of playtime. If you think you could be this cutie’s forever family email us today.
