Rose's Story
Rosie, Rosie, Rosie. If you've come in search of your soul mate, you're in luck. Rosie is a pittie mix with a zest for the life she can't wait to share with you.

This special girl spent the first 5 months of her life outside with only her sister. We don't know what that time looked like for Rosie and Lily, other than they were covered in scabs and scars and very scared to come inside. Despite this, Rosie LOVES to LOVE & over the course of a week has overcome her fear of all things indoors; she now cruises up and down stairs, in and out of doorways, and loves a comfy couch or dog bed.

Rosie is smart as a whip, curious, brave, and so excited to start her new life with a consistent best friend. She loves to walk and is quickly learning to be a star on a leash. She hasn't had a single accident inside, is crate trained (though she'll try to convince you to let her sleep in the bed), and very food motivated. Shes a big toy gal & pretty good at entertaining herself. She loves everything she's met so far - she adores people and is an expert face cleaner. She has met some toddlers and young children she adores - like any puppy she will require ongoing training to be calm around the littles and requests you train the kids to be gentle too! She is obsessed with her two foster dog siblings & is learning when it's play time, when it's chill time, and to leave the older one alone!

Rosie is a playful, rambunctious, and active lady. She would make a great hiking partner, paddle boarder, running dog, etc. but will definitely develop an off switch once she settles into her new home. She'd love a family to continue her training so she can continue to grow and thrive! Her squishy jowls and her block head will prove to be the best addition to your family that you can imagine.

As a black pittie mix who is definitely still a puppy but out of the teeny sleepy phase, Rosie has the cards stacked against her. Please consider taking a chance on this amazing dog & applying to add her to your home! You can find more Rosie content on her foster mom's Instagram @happy.tails.and.trails. You'll change her life and she'll absolutely change yours!
