Rose's Story
THIS IS A COURTESY POST - ROSE IS NOT WITH MID-ATLANTIC JACK RESCUE - PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER DIRECTLY FOR MORE INFORMATION - JEREMY DIXON jdixon9486@gmail.com

Rose is young and full of playful energy! Her favorite things are playing ball, going for walks in low traffic areas, and car rides. She was rescued after being seen thrown out of a car, but now is searching for a quiet, predictable home without small children. Rose craves attention, but is anxious around more than 1 or 2 people at a time and is wary of strangers. She will need lots of structure, and probably another dog, to learn to adapt to home life.

The best kind of home for Rose:
Rose has a lot of energy, and would love an area to run. She is young and seems willing to learn, especially for food, but training will require time and knowledge. She will need someone who can read her cues and interact with her respectfully until she is comfortable. Without taking it at her pace, Rose is a bite risk. Her best chance would be with an enthusiastic adopter willing to teach an active young dog. She plays well with other dogs and has not shown aggression to cats, but has had limited interactions with cats. She is not compatible with children.
