Unfortunately, he was found as part of a hoarding case in Tennessee so his beginnings weren't exactly rainbows and sunshine. Roscoe deserves a home where he can he roam around and be taken care of with all the love in the world. Will it be yours?<br/><br/>Roscoe is a sweet, smartie pants boy with a playful spirit and a calm, easygoing energy. He's the perfect companion for those who need a dog to balance out their chaotic life. He loves his toys and you'll find him playing all day long. This pretty boy's also a foodie! He loves snack puzzles because he has the nose of a beagle and will sniff out anything and everything, even that dirty sock under your couch! He enjoys walks and play time, then happily settles in for snuggles & a nap. <br/><br/>Roscoe is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained, making him a breeze in the home. While he only knows how to "sit," he's open to learning new commands (treats are definitely encouraged!). It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
