Yes, Roscoe is a girl (ha), and yes, she’s just as sweet and charming as she is small! We have just recently welcomed this little girl into our rescue and still learning about her, but she has quickly stolen our hearts.<br/><br/>Roscoe is doing great in her foster home, she gets along well with other dogs and seems only curious/playful around cats so far. She’s smart, eager to learn, and already picking up basic commands like sit, down, and wait.<br/><br/>She does great off-leash, sticks close, and has zero aggression toward people. While she might be a little shy at first, she warms up within minutes and turns into a total lap dog.
