ROSCOE

Roscoe is adorable. A purebred shih tzu that came from a breeder who died. He is 9 mos old about and 11 lbs. He was neutered, vaccinated and chipped. He was also groomed. He needs a playmate in the house since he lacks confidence. He was in a crate with his brothers his whole life and will do best with another small dog in the home. Doesn't like crates any longer. Needs a pal his size and not too old, and who isn't too pushy since he can be shy.<br/><br/> We are working on housetraining and he is doing ok, He MUST have a fenced yard since he can be a runner. i think once he bonds with you he will be ok. He did run from a foster once and spent 17 days in the woods till we trapped him.
