Roscoe is a sweet young 17 month old boy found on the run from the same place in Louisiana that Liberty came from. There is a thought that he may be Liberty's sibling. Roscoe is very shy and needs time to warm up but when he does, he demonstrates that he is a very gentle and calm soul. Roscoe loves to snuggle with his humans and loves to give kisses! Roscoe gets along with other dogs and he so wants to have a playmate all to himself to run around in the yard with! Roscoe possesses so many positives....he keeps his kennel clean, he enjoys being in his crate (but does want the door left open when he is alone), he loves chewing on bones and playing with toys and, most importantly, he does well with kids and dogs alike! How does it get better than that? Unfortunately, he isn't a fan of the feline persuasion and is fearful of loud noises. Roscoe needs someone who will take the time to help him build confidence in himself and to show him that he is safe and secure and that his days of fending for himself are over.
