Roscoe is a nice guy that loves people, does well with other dogs and cats. He loves being outside and listens pretty well when he's not distracted. Some load noises scare him. He would do well in a home where he is not left alone for long periods of time. With someone he can bond with will take him on all of lifes adventures. When left alone for too long he finds other things to do, such as, eating things that are not meant to be eaten.
