The property owner has been caring for them. Roscoe is good with kids. He plays well with his fur sibling, but hasn't been introduced to other dogs since being found. He enjoys lounging in the sunshine and getting pets from the visiting grand kids. He's ready for permanent home to call his own. <br/><br/>Roscoe will require an experienced adopter who has the patience to help him acclimate to life on the inside.
