He is not a purebred, but we're not sure what he is mixed with. He is either a Doxie Pin or a Min Chi.<br/><br/>Roscoe gets along okay with other dogs, but he came into rescue grossly underweight, so, he does have a bit of food aggression, but he's learning.<br/><br/>He is neutered, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated. Located in St. Louis, Roscoe's adoption fee is $275.
