A sweet, affectionate little guy who loves nothing more than curling up for snuggles and staying close to his favorite person, he finds comfort in companionship and will thrive in a calm, patient home.<br/><br/>Like most beagles, Rosco enjoys going for walks where he can exercise his sniffing superpowers to the fullest! Unlike many beagles, he’s not particularly vocal and doesn’t bark very much. He’s familiar with using a dog door and is well on his way with house training, especially when kept on a consistent routine. He’s comfortable in his crate as long as he’s in the same room as his humans.<br/><br/>A secure, fenced-in yard would be a wonderful bonus for him to explore and relax in.<br/><br/>Rosco gets along with the other dogs in his foster home. His foster family feels that he would do well with other dogs as long as they are confident and respect his space. He’s fed in a separate area to prevent any disagreements with his canine siblings. <br/><br/>Rosco is looking for a committed family who can offer structure, reassurance, and plenty of love. In return, he’ll be a devoted companion who sticks by your side and fills your home with warmth and love.<br/><br/>NOTE: Dog may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).
