Rosalinda, Rosa, Rosie! <br/>7/2026<br/><br/>Its been a bit since we have given a good post on our girl Rosa! If youre looking for a dog that will keep you smiling, Rosie might just be your girl!<br/><br/>Rosie loves being outside and is happiest when shes exploring, running, and soaking up fresh air. Shes also quite possibly the clumsiest German Shepherd youll ever meet! She can trip over her own feet one minute and be zooming around the yard the next, making everyone laugh along the way.<br/><br/>This sweet girl adores people and loves being part of the action. She also loves a good game of chase, carrying around stuffies, and borrowing toys whenever she gets the chance.<br/><br/>Rosie crates beautifully, making downtime easy. Her obedience skills are currently a work in progress, but shes incredibly smart and learns quickly. We havent been working on training as consistently as wed like, so with a little time and consistency, we know shell make great progress.<br/><br/>Rosie does get very excited around large dogs, and were beginning introductions with Ms. Eddie to help her continue building appropriate social skills.<br/><br/>She does have a very high prey drive, so she cannot live with cats or small dogs. She also needs a home that understands secure containment. Rosie is an escape artist and will absolutely test a fence if something catches her attention. She will also chase cars if given the opportunity, so leash safety and a securely fenced yard are a must.<br/><br/>And one more thing... this girl can JUMP! Seriously. She has springs for legs!<br/><br/>Rosies dream home would be with an active family with tweens or older children who can match her energy and continue helping her become the amazing companion shes meant to be. Shell thrive with someone who enjoys outdoor adventures, understands working breeds, and is committed to providing structure, exercise, and lots of love.<br/><br/>Rosie isnt perfect—but shes full of personality, heart, and potential. For the right family, shes going to be an incredible best friend. <br/><br/>Petite & Perfectly Sized<br/>Rosa weighs around 40-45 lbs and is the perfect grab-your-sneakers-lets-go companion.<br/><br/> All Gas, Some Brakes<br/>Rosa is a go-go-go kind of girl with energy for days! She loves to run, play fetch, tug, and explore—but she does settle once shes had her fun.<br/><br/>Smart, Food-Motivated... and Sometimes Distracted<br/>Shes eager to learn and loves treats, but the world is just so exciting sometimes.<br/><br/>Crate Champ<br/>She does wonderfully in her crate and settles in without a fuss..
