Rooster's estimated birthdate: February 5, 2026<br/><br/>Handsome Rooster was surrendered to the rescue. He is very sweet and a cuddler. He is very smart and learns quickly. His foster says Rooster is confident, fun, and always ready for an adventure. Good with dogs and cats. Children 7 years old and older. Rooster's forever home is required to have a totally enclosed, physically fenced yard to run/play in and hang out with her family. He is up to date on his vaccinations, on heartworm preventative and microchipped. Rooster is working on potty and crate training. Rooster may wake you up in the morning but he promises not to crow!! Rooster is dreaming about a very loving forever family who will spoil/cherish him and include him on family adventures.!<br/><br/>All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same-day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs under the age of 1 year to attend 2 obedience classes (each class is a 6-week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs. No out-of-state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters.
