To meet ROONEY please contact Suzanna: adoptions@startrescue.org ROONEY is an 8 year old, 12lb Yorkie mix. He is a survivor of abuse and this is the home that would fit him best: A quiet home or foster with an experienced owner that is willing to give him a chance and at least 2 weeks to decompress. We don't recommend children or dogs - but cats are fine. He has been bounced around from foster to foster and we are looking for a calm environment for this sweet boy who needs to be given a chance. He's house-trained and crate trained, fixed and up to date with shots. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF: You can give him two weeks to decompress and follow instructions from our trainer as we don't want to waste anyones time.
