Rookie- Long Timer Special!'s Story
Meet Rookie! This sweet Shepherd mix is estimated to be about 3 years old. He came back to us in December of 2025 due to the previous owners moving without being able to take him with. Prior to that, he was a stray that came in during September of 2024. His previous owners did indicate that he is crate trained and with us, he is alright on leash but just likes to pull sometimes. He may do best with a harness.

We have not dog tested Rookie quite yet but if there is a dog in the home, we will require a meet and greet prior to adoption.

Rookie is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. Like any newly adopted dog, he will need time to settle into a new home and routine.
