Rookie Litter's Story

Who remembers the mama that roamed San Juan Bautista, evading capture for weeks? Welllll saving her, saved these babies as well! She was a week away from giving birth when she found her way to us and these babies were born into a safe, warm, clean and loving environment because of it! Meet The Rookie litter (if you havent watched the show, we were binge watching it when they were born and couldnt help ourselves!) These little babies are for sure a mix of cattle dog and something short and stubby. We are pretty sure dad was a McNab as when mama met one at our ranch she lit up and showed us a happy go lucky side to her we hadnt seen, plus they really look like the breed. They show the characteristics, spunk, fierce loyalty, brains, and athleticism. Even the stubby two run as fast as their little legs can go! Nolan and Wade are short and stout, but very different in personality. Nolan is your crazy dude, never tired, an energy tornado that gets the zoomies like its his job. Wade is way more laid back, a chill guy who actually makes you wonder if hes mad at you with his RBF. When he opens up, hes the sweetest guy with wonderful energy! Bradford is your tall bro, a very balanced pup that can go between energy and calm. He does have a little bit of FOMO and loves to be right by your side! Lucy is the sweetest gal, who has already found an amazing home!! These babies were born March 17, raised and nursed by mama, and have known only love from a family, toys, full bellies and fun! Right now they range between 7-10 lbs, and mama is 30 lbs, so we are expecting they will be around that or smaller. If youre interested in meeting one of these little pocket sized loves, please fill out an app! If you cant adopt, but can share them, we would really appreciate it! They will be spayed, neutered, microchipped and have age appropriate vax before heading home! Swipe to see mama, Nyla!
