Roo is currently located in metro Atlanta.<br/>If you have room in your heart and home to give a hound a second chance, please visit our website and fill out a ONLINE FOSTER HOME APPLICATION<br/><br/>Roo is a 6 year old red Bloodhound girl that is being surrendered and needs a foster home. In good weight at 96 lbs, she was purchased as a puppy and has lived her life as a housepet. Roo is described as, "Sweet, shy, cuddly, devoted, attached to her people, goofy." She is good with other dogs and will chase and tree cats. She likes children but has proven to be too much for young children that can be knocked down; otherwise she will play with them and likes to be in the middle of the action. Roo is housetrained, cratetrained and leashtrained and loves to go for car rides. She is friendly and social with new people and dogs at the dog park, boarding, and in neutral places like that cafes/breweries, but when a new person is approaching or entering her home through the door or through one of the backyard fence gates she becomes fearful and bays and tries to get away.
