Ronin's Story

Ronin is absolutely adorable, even though the condition he’s in is heartbreaking.<br/><br/>This boy is emaciated, recovering from sarcoptic mange and has the worst concrete burns I ever seen.<br/><br/>Prednisone has healed tremendously and the NexGard will cure the mange.<br/><br/>He is, sadly, heartworm positive on top of all his other issues, but with PugHearts there to support him, he will heal!<br/><br/>Ronin is a sweetheart.<br/><br/>He’s done well at crate training and his belly band continues to be clean most of the time.<br/><br/>He hasn’t learned about toys but I’d say that will come with time.<br/><br/>Ronin hold a very special place in my heart, being a pug from my area and one that facilitated to get.<br/><br/>I’m already so in love with his soulful sweet eyes.

PugHearts the Houston Pug Rescue's Adoption Policy
Once you have submitted your adoption application from the website at www.pughearts.com, it will take 3 to 4 weeks before you will be assigned to an adoption coordinator. The adoption coordinators will email you at the email you provide, so please watch your spam folder as well as your inbox. The adoption fee will be $400 for adult dogs and $500 for dogs a year or younger.
