Siggy and Rollo are a bonded Huskies seeking their forever family!<br/>The couple was found running loose, wet and caked with mud from their adventure together! Siggy is friendly and outgoing, Rollo is very reserved and nervous of new people and situations. Rollo is very attached to Siggy and looks to her for reassurance. 2 dogs are better than 1, they keep each other company and burn energy together. Its a win win for the dogs and their new family.<br/>Siggy and Rollo would be ideal for a family with an active lifestyle who loves the outdoors. A full fenced yard is a must!<br/><br/>Siberian Huskies are known for their friendly, outgoing, and energetic nature. They are intelligent, independent, and can be mischievous. While they are generally good with children and other pets, their high energy levels and need for mental and physical stimulation can make them a handful if not properly managed. <br/><br/>Siggy is 2 years old; Rollo 6 months old; they are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated. <br/><br/>If you would like to adopt a pet, please call Caledon Animal Services at 905-584-2272 x4698. Caledon Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Caledon Animal Services has an Adoption Application process for all animals.. Dog Adoption If you are interested in adopting a dog listed on our website please call us at 905-584-2272 x4698 or toll free at 1-888-225-3366 x4698. Staff will answer any questions you may have about the pet and email you an adoption application. If your application is pre-approved, staff will schedule a meet and greet with the pet. Appointments will only be scheduled up to a maximum of 5 days in advance. Caledon Animal Services may contact you to cancel your appointment if the dog is adopted prior to your scheduled Meet & Greet. We do not hold. We do not accept walk-in visits for dogs.  Anyone applying to adopt a dog with an existing dog in the home will be required to bring their dog for an on-leash introduction. In order to bring your dog to the shelter for a 'Meet & Greet' we will require a copy of your dog's current vaccination records. Please call in advance for an appointment 905.584-2272 x4698. Cat Adoption If you are interested in adopting a cat, please call us to obtain more information of the pet. Staff will send you an adoption application via email. Once received, staff will contact you to schedule a meet & greet with the cat. We do accept walk-in visits to view cats during adoption hours, however, appointments are encouraged to ensure the cat you are interested in is still available. Our Adoption Hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Tuesday & Thursday 11:00a.m.-6:00p.m. Saturday 11:00a.m.-2:00p.m. Sunday CLOSED Please be aware that in order to place our animals in the home best suited to them, all applications are subject to review. The Corporation of the Town of Caledon reserves the right to deny any requests for adoption for any reason in the Town's sole discretion. All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption. When you adopt a dog or cat your are entitled to a free medical exam and 10% off of vaccinations at participating veterinary clinics only and must be redeemed within two weeks of the date of adoption.
